COVID-19 NOTICE

While we are all dealing with the current pandemic of COVID-19 and social distancing, it is an unfortunate fact that the weather is getting warmer and AC systems will fail. To help ensure we are all safe, we want to let you know that we can do most of our service while maintaining  a safe distant away from you. We will ALWAYS err on the side of caution and do everything to keep you and our workers safe.

In most cases, the inside unit, also known as the air handler or furnace, is either in the attic, garage or a closet. The condenser, or heat pump, is generally on the ground outside or sometimes on the roof in condos. For most mobile homes, the entire unit is typically outside. If preferred, we can call you when we are on the way and also when we arrive. We may ask you to operate the thermostat for us, provided that is not the issue.

We have mask, gloves and Lysol spray on back order so if you have any Lysol spray or wipes in the event we need to touch a common area, we would appreciate you helping us. Again, we want to do everything possible to be safe.

We also recommend that you turn on your AC system NOW to make sure it works for when the high humidity arrives. The most likely failure at the beginning of every cooling season is clogged drains. Hopefully we have shown many of you what to do to help keep the drains clear. If you are unsure, call us, we are always available. You can call us day or night at 727-773-0151.
